Rude Health came from humble beginnings, starting from a kitchen table in 2005. Rude Health started as a muesli company, with the founders Nick and Camilla aiming to make the world’s finest muesli. Over the years their attention turned to making porridge and granola to add to their existing breakfast cereals.

It was only in 2013 that Rude Health moved into the drinks space, bringing out their own dairy-free milcs to accompany their breakfast cereals. They started creating these milks because they couldn’t find any existing drinks to match the taste and quality they expected to match their cereals.

Almond Drink

Best For A Sweet Almond Taste

This almond milk is perfect if you enjoy a slightly sweet tasting milc. The milk is unsweetened, however, the addition of rice does sweeten it slightly. If you’re looking for an option without the sweet taste then the Ultimate Almond is an option to consider.

The taste of this drink is incredibly smooth and very easy to drink. It’s also a great addition to smoothies and even in a glass by itself.

The almond milk is very popular and easy to drink by itself. So much so that there’s a mini almond drink that can easily be carried around with you.

This ultimate almond blend is a little more expensive than other almond drinks so shop around to get the best price.

Rude Health Summary

We do love these Rude Health drinks here at Plant Milc, they have an impressive product range as well as a variety of options to give your taste buds a thrill. They probably won’t all become staples in your cupboard but we do like that they’re packaged so they can be kept there until you’re ready to open them.

They’re not the cheapest plant milcs on the market but that price does come with some luxury products, so maybe you’ll find one that you can treat yourself to more regularly.
